Everything!!!! . . . I think I’m best known for my warm, funny, but incredibly professional personality. I usually go beyond the call of duty (and sometimes the limitations included in their package contract) and take great pride in “WOW-ing” my clients with everything! My team of long-time assistants work with me like a factory machine. We work in total harmony and each knows his or her job. At large locations we are in constant communication via walkie-talkies. I use numerous cameras, lenses, flashes, film, digital cards, batteries, etc… we take no chances on possible equipment malfunctions! It’s your wedding day! You only do this once! I've been shooting for over 20 years! As a seasoned “wedding & event” photographer I know what can go wrong shooting a wedding, event, or advertising shoot! I do my best to have a "plan B" and take every preventative measure possible to make sure your special day is smooth as molasses! Your job is to relaxxxx……. I got it covered. My super efficient photo time-lines will structure your day’s schedule so everyone knows where to go at what time. The bride & groom photos are timed in such a way as to always guarantee the groom does not see his bride before the ceremony. Family & group arrival times are staggered so no one is left standing around bored, doing nothing. The idea is to keep the day flowing gracefully and effortlessly and to have FUN (did we say FUN??? Yep!). I pre-location scout each and every location you will be using on your wedding or event day to review the surroundings. I note the existing natural lighting conditions, make story board sketches and do a basic walk-through with my assistants so we know where we’ll be positioned for certain shots.
As a woman I am a hopeless romantic so I know how important this day is to you! You are not just another wedding client. By the end of the engagement shoot we'll feel like family. It’s usually your dad or mom that’s hugging me inviting me over for Thanksgiving dinner at the end of the wedding!! After all of these years of shooting I remember each and every one of my clients in detail. I remember their families, their special characteristics and have several clients that have hired me repeat times for pregnancy, baby, & family portraits and anniversary parties! We’re old friends by now!
