We will meet at the location and do a walk through. I will takes notes: which rooms you want photographed, any featured close-ups, details, additional props, existing lighting: both natural and artificial, and what time of day natural light will fall through the windows. I will also note equipment & gear I will need including a lighting & diffusion kit. From here a job bid will be provided based on your needs and a contract signed.
I work with 2-3 photo assistants who help move lighting, props and equipment around from room to room quickly so we can maximize our time and respect the property owner’s need for privacy.
My digital camera is tethered directly to a lap top computer screen so we can see instantly each image as we shoot it! This enables us to make the smallest adjustments, (move camera angle, change lighting, move furniture), and guarantees you like what you see. There are no surprises.
I shoot with the latest, fastest and best equipment available (I’m a technology freak!) and guarantee magazine & portfolio quality images! Large image files will enable you to blow up images LARGE!
Once a date is set for the shoot a 50% deposit is required to secure this date. The balance is due on the shoot day prior to shooting.
