There are two photo session options: You have chosen:
Option#1: Basic documentation: $350 - $850/day
Properties are photographed "as is" but
during ideal natural lighting conditions, (early morning and late
afternoon) to capture the most details in featured style elements. These photo shoots are shot using a digital camera and require no additional lighting, props or assistants. Estimates are based on # of interior rooms or exterior angles to shoot and the time involved. If you have several properties we may be able to shoot more than one location in a day. Images are "rough edited" for minor color & exposure enhancements. No major retouching is involved.
