Shipping & Order processing |
As soon as your purchase is shipped, we will email you the shipping date and tracking number.
Books: Each book is published on demand when you place your order, and should arrive within 12-15 business days. Book production
takes approximately 7 to 10 business days, then delivery takes an
additional 3 to 5 business days via UPS Ground for U.S. & Puerto Rico. For International orders please allow up to 14-21 business days for items to arrive. When applicable, VAT
will be applied to orders in the European Union.
Fine art prints: Each print is printed on demand: The 12x17 size prints are printed in house and can be printed and ready for shipment within 1-4 days of initial order. Larger prints will be printed at another facility and therefore may take an additional 3-5 days.
Print Loss/Damage: All prints are sent via insured track-able shipping means. Should you receive a damaged print (or not receive the print at all), please contact us immediately so we may begin a claim.
Foreign shipments: are subject to the
customs regulations of the country to which they are sent. It is the
responsibility of the buyer to handle any customs questions or to
settle any official actions taken as a result of an attempt to deliver
the order. Customer is responsible for all applicable duty and
taxes.Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by
the
recipient upon delivery.
If you option to pay by check please allow up to 10 days for domestic checks to clear and up to 4 weeks for checks drawn on non-US banks to clear. Once the payment has been cleared orders will be processed and shipped.
