Refunds & Exchanges:
At this current time all products are reprinted on-demand basis and NOT mass produced and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Services: Wedding, event and session retainer-deposits are exchangeable but non-refundable. The retainer deposit reserves the photographer's service exclusively for your special date. However should your date change or be postponed the deposit is still applicable towards that new date providing the photographer is available. Otherwise, it may be applied for other goods and services.
Product Loss/Damage:
All products are sent via insured trackable shipping means. Should you receive a damaged print (or not receive the print at all), please contact us immediately so we may begin a claim.
Copyright + usage rights: Prints and books are sold for display purposes only. No reproduction rights are granted or implied. The photographer retains full copyright of the image. Ownership of a print does not constitute ownership of copyright or any usage rights beyond private display purposes. Should you wish to inquire about licensing usage rights for any other purposes, please contact us.
